Referrals

Referrals go three ways, and none of them mean losing a client.
She finishes with you and needs someone else next.
Something comes up outside your scope, and she needs someone working alongside you, not instead of you.
Your books are full for the month she needs, and you can point her to someone who has room.
In the network there are seven other specialties you can send her to, and seven other specialists who can send clients to you.
- Referrals are opt in. You decide whether to take part, and you can pause any time your books fill up.
- You choose who to refer to. We never suggest a name and never rank anyone. Placement is not for sale at any price.
- No approval, no waiting. You send it when you decide to send it.
- We take nothing from a referred booking, the same as we take nothing from any booking.

Why we don’t take a commission.
Commission models put the platform’s interest against yours. The more you earn, the more it costs you, and the platform starts steering clients toward whoever pays it most.
We took that off the table permanently. You pay a flat subscription and keep everything you bill.
